This rustic wood table was retrieved from the villages in Shandong province. Those type of low table was used to place on the Kang: a bed build of clay to serve as a small dining table. It is constructed mortise and tenon joinery and has flush top. Solid structure. It shows age proper shrinkage cracks, lines, rich patinas, and wood imperfection. With its rich texture, this small table is a perfect accent table or coffee table to add a touch of eclectic and rustic charm to any room.
